Courtney and Darrin say "I do!"

We hopped down to Calgary to meet up with Courtney and Darrin's downtown wedding. I love settings like downtown... they are so fun!

We started with the girls at the very nice Downtown Marriott.




Then we met up with the guys at the Calgary Chamber of Commerce, where the wedding and reception was held.


Darrin was a natural in front of the camera.


And what can I say, Courtney looked amazing!


The ceremony was awesome, and the Chamber of Commerce was a beautiful setting for it!


Then we took a walk through downtown


Olympic plaza always has the most impeccably maintained flower arrangements.


Geez, are they real, or are they models?


The sun starting to fall on the city.

And yes, fall was in the air... and in the trees as you could see. I love fall!

And of course, party time!


We had a wonderful time with all you guys. You sure know how to plan a beautiful wedding. The venue was fantastic and everything looked amazing. Thanks again for letting us join you for the day!!

Kristeena and Wayne's wedding!

We met up with Kristeena and Wayne for their wedding, which started out at the salon:

RIGHT before the ceremony began:


It was at the gorgeous and historic Robertson Wesley church:


For some reason everyone started giving the thumbs up for the registry signing. The pastor thought it was silly but somehow they got him to flash the thumbs up too... LOL!!


After the ceremony going outside to meet the guests. As you can see, the rainclouds moved in at that time...


We went back inside for a few shots. Here are the guys and the queen all sitting on their thrones! haha


Then we went to the U of A. Pretty much when we started shooting, the rain started coming down... quite hard too.


So we went inside and ran around...


and then it stopped so we jumped outside again just before we left to go to the...


...very prestigious Edmonton Country Club!


The cake was really cool


Wayne and Kristeena were in their own little world for the first dance


It was so sweet!


And of course, the party and dance starts!



Kristeena and Wayne, we thank you for keeping in such great spirits even though it poured rain. We had such a great time hanging out with you guys. Wayne, you are definitely one of the funniest people we've met... hahaha. Please do keep in touch, you guys are such a nice couple and Merry and I wish you the very best!!

E-shoot with Aref and Thuan!

We met up with Aref and Thuan one September evening. It looked beautiful out... but then out of NOWHERE came this gust of wind and crazy storm clouds. It rained hard that night so the shoot was cut very short unfortunately.

We still managed to grab just a few shots and have a good time. We got back to our cars JUST as the rain started to get intense. Whew! Gotta love this unpredictable Alberta weather!
