Beth and Jared survive the blizzard... and have fun too!

Anyone in Edmonton who woke up on April 5, 2008 was in for a treat. After a beautifully warm week, we got a huge dump of snow literally overnight. Probably over a foot of snow. By the time we left to meet Beth and the girls at the salon, it was STILL snowing brutally hard. Yes, it was definitely more than a snowfall; it was a blizzard:

We were at Ricci Salon, where Beth's hairdresser had to leave for Toronto right after Beth was done as she was up for the best new Canadian hairdresser award.

The ceremony was beautiful, as was the bride! (You look pretty good too Jared ;)

Jared was a hoot, trying all kinds of silly poses for the camera. A natural!

And Beth was nothing short of breathtaking:

Let's switch it up and let the girls be the tough ones in the bridal party. They look pretty tough to me at least.

Beth and Jared look beautiful together...

So we go from tough to sexy... all in a day's work!

Man that was a HUGE limo! I'm not even in the back seat!

Off to the Ruthorford house...

A bit of a traditional shot in the historical site

The reception at the Faculty Club was a hoot! A slideshow presentation brought many laughs and tears.

And a beautifully done first dance to start the party portion of the night off

With all this crazy snow, we just HAD to get at least a couple shots amidst the sea of white

Hahaha, and Jared had some pranks up his sleeve too!

Jared and Beth, you guys are SUCH a laid back, relaxed, and well organized couple. It was really amazing to be part of your wedding! Thanks to all of you for being so willing to have fun with us! It was literally a party ALL day! Have TONS of fun on your trip to Europe!!

Thanks for everything Lloyd and Mary, the pictures are absolutely amazing.

You two were both professional, yet easygoing and relaxed all at the same time. Your hard work is obvious through the pictures.

We would definitly recommend you to anybody wanting the best photographer in Edmonton.

Cheers,
Jared & Beth
