Carlene and Calvin at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge

I was super excited for Carlene and Calvin's wedding as it was in my most favourite place to visit in the world... Jasper! To add to the gravy, it was at the Fairmont, which is always the gold standard of venues across the nation.

We started at the salon in the lodge, which did a fantastic job on the hair and makeup.



The dress was gorgeous.

Calvin was so stoked to see Carlene...



...and we could see why. She was stunning!



The mountains provided a great backdrop.

Athabasca falls! It was *SO* hot that day, and the falls provided a nice mist that cooled us off.

















And just as we were finishing up, some unfriendly clouds were moving in!



The reception provided some entertainment



First Dance



And to Calvin's surprise, he was faced with the 'Screech-in" to be an honourary Newfoundlander.



Definitely a majestic, awe inspiring ring!



We managed to get outside after the sun had fallen. It was dark!



The gorgeous mountain reflection off Lac Beauvert.





Carlene and Calvin, thanks so much for bringing us out to JASPER! Good golly I love Jasper, but hanging with such great people only makes it 100 times better. It's hard not to have a good time being in the vicinity of Calvin's jolly smile! =)
